Larry Balkwill

Larry is the most recent addition to the office, starting his career as a financial advisor in 2021. Larry began pursuing a career in the financial industry in 2020 after playing professional baseball for the previous six years throughout the United States and Canada.

Larry is fully registered and is focused on continuing his education to achieve his ultimate goal of being a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Larry offers a fresh opinion in the office being able to focus not only on retirement and estate planning, but also helping younger clients begin and set their financial goals not only for the long-term, but the short-term as well. Larry uses his attributes and work ethic learned from playing baseball at a high level to help clients with their financial needs and ensure that he is available to help people when they need it.

Larry grew up in Chatham, Ontario, and recently moved to Stratford with his long-time girlfriend, Rebecca. Larry is still involved in the local baseball scene, coaching high school age players to help them on their journey to playing at the next level. Larry and Rebecca are excited to plant roots and settle in Perth County.
